CSA stands for Certified Senior Advisor, a designation governed by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. This organization provides certifications to those who have completed the initial required courses and exam, as well as continuing education requirements. What problems do you solve?

Senior Living Solutions is aware you can call and schedule community tours on your own. However, the two most important things we can give you are time and peace of mind. There is a massive time investment involved in this process, such as community research, financing options, medical needs assessments and finding a community that supports those needs, as well as downsizing and coordinating the move, to name a few.

We step in and solve many complex problems and are happy to support:

• Children of seniors who live out of the area and do not have the ability to handle this task in-person

• Spouses or other family members who are overwhelmed and don’t know where to start after a sudden medical event

• Anyone who is struggling to convince their loved one that moving into a senior living community is what’s best for them

What do your services include?

We currently offer four package options at varying price points. At the end of our initial consultation, your CSA will explain each option and recommend the appropriate package for your needs. Every client receives the following, regardless of the package they choose:

• Initial consultation and extensive needs assessment

• General explanation of the different levels of care and examples of what is included at different communities

• At least 1 in-person community tour

• At least 1 in-person meeting to discuss recommendations

In addition to the above, our packages include:

• Multiple guided community tours

• Multiple in-person meetings to discuss recommendations and provide decision-making guidance

• Financial planning options with recommended resources to facilitate the transition into long-term care

• Research and vetting of living options in the new location prior to client tours, for those relocating

• Comprehensive travel planning for residence and city tours

• Downsizing and moving support, including logistics management of the entire selling and relocation process

• Customized support as needed to complete the process of transitioning to long-term care

How do you differ from other senior placement companies?

Other companies will email you a list of Assisted Living options and collect a referral fee if you select a community they recommend. At Senior Living Solutions, we believe in an objective approach that allows us to suggest any community that is the best fit for you or your loved one without limiting our search to the ones that will pay us.

Senior Living Solutions also works directly with seniors and their families and spends a considerable amount of time analyzing needs, preferences, financial ability, location and other factors to determine the best options for their care.

Where do you work?

While Senior Living Solutions is based in the Northern Wyoming and Southern Montana area, we work everywhere! Whether you are in another state or live in the area but wish to relocate somewhere warmer, we travel regularly and are committed to finding you or your loved one the best new home. Our CSAs have extensive travel experience across the U.S., as well as internationally.

Can you work with people on Medicaid?

Yes!

Do you help people with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease?

Absolutely! We have relationships with multiple memory care communities that ensure seniors receive appropriate care and activities in a completely secure environment. Senior Living Solutions was actually started by someone with personal experience with a family member diagnosed with dementia.

Do you help with relocation and moving?

Yes! From utilizing the best realtors to list and sell your house, to assisting with the downsizing process and coordinating your move, Senior Living Solutions is equipped to manage your entire relocation from start to finish.
